COME AND JOIN US

The choir welcomes new choristers. Although there is no formal audition to join the choir, the Musical Director need to hear you sing to assess your vocal range and to ensure your ability to hear and sing notes correctly. He will then suggest that you join the section of the choir which best suits your vocal range. Of course it's not just about music. CHEQUE PRESENTATION TO HELP4HEROES AND SSAFA

We have had the pleasure of welcoming the ladies of The Stafford Military Wives Choir to our Wetley Rocks base. The occassion was the presentation of cheques of the proceeds of our joint concert at All Saints Church Leek. The concert was a great success, with a packed audience and a standing ovation at the end. A total of £1500.00 was raised, and grateful thanks are due to all who contributed in their various ways. A cheque for £750.00 was presented by choir Chairman David Webster to Stafford Military Wives Choir Chair Ruth Godber donated to SSAFA (Soldiers, Sailors and Airmen Families Association) and £750.00 to WRMVC chosen charity Help4Heroes, represented by Pam Lees and…
